Liz, your articles were very insightful. I have two suggestions to add for business and sales people. Read learn from the experts, Gitomore, Carnegie. These people have done what we all are trying to do only better and consistently. My other suggestion is to read the book Thinkertoys by Michael Michalko. It will open your mind to new ways to solve problems and for new ideas.
